1. Order Processing

All orders placed through naturalhealthmatrix.click are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status using the tracking link provided.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

naturalhealthmatrix.click is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to your order. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
